Approved Delegate definition

Approved Delegate means a position granted authority to act on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor with varied levels of authority in line with the University's Delegations.
Approved Delegate shall have the meaning set forth in Section 12.13(n) hereof.
Approved Delegate means a position with authority to act on behalf of the Vice-Chancellor with varied levels of authority in line with the University's Delegations and Financial Delegations and Authority.

Examples of Approved Delegate in a sentence

  • In the event that Borrower shall not have joined in the execution of such instruments or agreements with any Approved Delegate within thirty (30) Business Days after the receipt of a written request from Agent to do so, Borrower hereby irrevocably appoints Agent as its agent and attorney to act for it under the foregoing provisions of this Section 13.10 in such contingency, it being understood that the power of attorney granted hereunder is coupled with an interest.

  • In the event that the Transferor shall not have joined in the execution of such instruments or agreements with any Approved Delegate within ten (10) days after the receipt of a written request from the Agent to do so, or in case an Early Amortization Event shall have occurred and 109 be continuing, the Transferor hereby irrevocably appoints the Agent as its agent and attorney to act for it under the foregoing provisions of this Section 16.14 ------------- in such contingency.
