Approved Incentive Plan definition
Approved Incentive Plan means an equity incentive plan of Monogram that has been approved by both a majority of Monogram’s board of directors and a majority of Monogram’s voting capital stock.
Approved Incentive Plan means any employee benefit plan which has been approved by the Board prior to or subsequent to the Effective Date pursuant to which shares of Ordinary Shares and options to purchase Ordinary Shares or other awards convertible, exercisable for or exchangeable for shares of Ordinary Shares may be issued to any employee, officer, consultant, director or other service provider of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries for services provided to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in their capacity as such.
