Trade Instruments means any performance bonds, advance payment bonds or documentary letters of credit issued in respect of the obligations of any member of the Group arising in the ordinary course of trading of that member of the Group.
Money Market Instruments means instruments normally dealt in on the money
Eligible Instruments means monetary assets, money market instruments and securities that are payable in Dollars only and essentially risk free as to collection of principal and interest, including U.S. Government Obligations.
Agreements and Instruments has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(xiii).
Tier 1 Instruments means any and all (i) securities or other obligations (other than Tier 1 Shares) issued by UBS Group AG or (ii) shares, securities, participation securities or other obligations (other than Tier 1 Shares) issued by a subsidiary of UBS Group AG and having the benefit of a guarantee, credit support agreement or similar undertaking of UBS Group AG, each of which shares, securities, participation securities or other obligations described in clauses (i) and (ii) of this definition qualify, or are issued in respect of a security that qualifies, as Tier 1 Capital of the Group and/or UBS Group AG (without regard to quantitative limits on such capital) on a consolidated (Finanzgruppe) or on an unconsolidated (Einzelinstitut) basis.
Pledge Instruments With respect to each Cooperative Loan, the Stock Power, the Assignment of Proprietary Lease and the Security Agreement.
Gift instrument means a record or records, including an institutional solicitation, under which property is granted to, transferred to, or held by an institution as an institutional fund.
money market instrument means with respect of an Index Calculation Date the Euro Interbank Offered Rate (the "Reference Interest Rate"), as published on Bloomberg page EUR003M Index (or any replacement Bloomberg page which displays that rate) (the "Screen Page") around 11:00 a.m. (London time) on that day.
Subject Instruments shall nonetheless mean such instrument, agreement or other document, as the case may be, in its entirety, including any portions thereof which shall have been so redacted, deleted or otherwise not filed.
Material Debt Instrument means any physical instrument evidencing any Indebtedness for borrowed money which is required to be pledged and delivered to the Administrative Agent (or its bailee) pursuant to the Security Agreement.
Tier 2 Instruments means at any time tier 2 instruments as interpreted and applied in accordance with the Applicable Banking Regulations;
Underlying Instruments The loan agreement, credit agreement, indenture or other agreement pursuant to which a Loan or Permitted Investment has been issued or created and each other agreement that governs the terms of or secures the obligations represented by such Loan or Permitted Investment or of which the holders of such Loan or Permitted Investment are the beneficiaries.
Security Instruments means, collectively, (a) the Mortgages, (b) the Transfer Letters, (c) the Pledge Agreements, (d) the Security Agreements, (e) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with the Pledge Agreements, the Security Agreements, or the Mortgages, (f) each agreement, instrument or document executed in connection with the Cash Collateral Account; and (g) each other agreement, instrument or document executed at any time in connection with securing the Obligations.
Surety Instruments means all letters of credit (including standby and commercial), banker's acceptances, bank guaranties, shipside bonds, surety bonds and similar instruments.
Mortgage Instruments means such title reports, ALTA title insurance policies (with endorsements), evidence of zoning compliance, property insurance, flood certifications and flood insurance (and, if applicable FEMA form acknowledgements of insurance), opinions of counsel, ALTA surveys, appraisals, environmental assessments and reports, mortgage tax affidavits and declarations and other similar information and related certifications as are requested by, and in form and substance reasonably acceptable to, the Administrative Agent from time to time.
Pledged Debt Instruments means all right, title and interest of any Grantor in instruments evidencing any Indebtedness owed to such Grantor or other obligations, and any distribution of property made on, in respect of or in exchange for the foregoing from time to time, including all Indebtedness described on Schedule 5, issued by the obligors named therein. Pledged Debt Instruments excludes any Cash Equivalents that are not held in Controlled Securities Accounts to the extent permitted by Section 5.10.
Financial Instruments means commodities, securities, and derivatives of all types, including, without limitation, stocks and other equity instruments, bonds and other debt instruments, commodities and futures, forwards, swaps, and options that derive their value from bonds, equities, commodities or indices thereof. Debt Instruments means bonds, notes or other debt securities (however defined), which are or are intended to be quoted, listed, traded or otherwise admitted to trading on a Regulated Market or an MTF.
Credit Support Instruments has the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(a).
municipal debt instrument means any note, bond, debenture or other evidence of indebtedness issued by a municipality, including dematerialised or electronic evidence of indebtedness intended to be used in trade;

Collateral Instruments means notes, bills of exchange, certificates of deposit and other negotiable and non-negotiable instruments, guarantees, indemnities and other assurances against financial loss and any other documents or instruments which contain or evidence an obligation (with or without security) to pay, discharge or be responsible directly or indirectly for, any indebtedness or liabilities of the Owner or any other person liable and includes any documents or instruments creating or evidencing a mortgage, charge (whether fixed or floating), pledge, lien, hypothecation, assignment, trust arrangement or security interest of any kind;
Collateral Assignments means, collectively, the Assignment of the Development Agreement, and the Assignment of Management Agreement, the Assignment of the Right to Receive Tax Credits, Capital Contributions and Partnership Interests, each in form and substance satisfactory to the Significant Bondholder and the Financial Monitor and as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time with the prior written consent of the Significant Bondholder.
Written instrument means a written or printed agreement, bill of sale, or any other written or printed note or memorandum of the sale or exchange of a work of fine art by an art merchant and includes a written or printed catalog or other prospectus of a forthcoming sale as well as any written or printed corrections or amendments thereof.
Subsequent Transfer Instrument Each subsequent transfer instrument, dated as of a Subsequent Transfer Date, executed by the Trustee and the Depositor substantially in the form of Exhibit L, by which Subsequent Mortgage Loans are sold to the Trust Fund.
