If the Approved Investor does not purchase a Purchased Mortgage Loan as contemplated by the related Purchase Commitment, Seller shall, upon the request of Buyer, assist Buyer in the recovery of any Mortgage Loan Documents not returned by the Approved Investor to Buyer.
Buyer shall be entitled to withdraw from the Over/Under Account or retain from payments made by Seller or an Approved Investor, subject to Section 4.6, any fees permitted under this Agreement that are due and owing.
Seller shall not direct the Approved Investor to pay to Buyer an amount less than the full purchase price set forth in the applicable Purchase Commitment or modify or otherwise change the wire instructions for payment of the purchase price provided to Approved Investor by Buyer.
