Approved Investment definition

Approved Investment means any type of security, instrument, participation or interest in property, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I, I-A or I-B) in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested by Bank in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article IV hereof.

Approved Investment means any type of investment permitted for Cash Collateral under the Securities Lending Guidelines.

Approved Investment means any Investment that was made by the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to investment guidelines set forth by the board of directors of the Parent which are consistent with past practices.

Examples of Approved Investment in a sentence

• In order to facilitate the investment of cash Collateral on behalf of each Fund, and as a condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Amendment, the Client shall, at the request of the Lending Agent, execute on behalf of the Fund and deliver to the Lending Agent, a Subscription Agreement for such Approved Investment in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D or such other form as may be prescribed by the Approved Investment from time to time.

• The Lending Agent is hereby authorized to invest and reinvest, on behalf of each Fund, any and all Cash Collateral in any Approved Investment as agreed upon by the Lending Agent and the Client and as set forth in Exhibit B hereto (“Approved Investments”).

• The assets of any Approved Investment consisting of a collective investment vehicle utilized by the Lending Agent for the investment of Cash Collateral (each a “Collective Investment Vehicle”) shall be invested and reinvested in accordance with the Investment Objective and Policies of such collective investment vehicle.

• Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to liquidate any Approved Investment and credit the net proceeds to the Collateral Account.

• Unlike the Investment Choice options, members make their own selection from the Approved Investment Menu and the responsibility for each type of, or a mix of, investments the member selects, and the associated risk level decision rests with the member.

More Definitions of Approved Investment

Approved Investment means those types of securities, instrument, or interest in property in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested on behalf of Lenders, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I).

Approved Investment means any type of security, instrument, participation or interest in property in which the Lender has previously authorized the Bank to invest or reinvest Cash Collateral pursuant to the Agreement.

Approved Investment means State Street Navigator Securities Lending Trust Prime Portfolio or such other investment as agreed in writing by Lender and Bank.
