Approved Investment definition

Approved Investment means any type of security, instrument, participation or interest in property, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I, I-A or I-B) in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested by Bank in accordance with Paragraph 2 of Article IV hereof.
Approved Investment means any type of investment permitted for Cash Collateral under the Securities Lending Guidelines.
Approved Investment means any Investment that was made by the Parent or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to investment guidelines set forth by the board of directors of the Parent which are consistent with past practices.

  • In order to facilitate the investment of cash Collateral on behalf of each Fund, and as a condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Amendment, the Client shall, at the request of the Lending Agent, execute on behalf of the Fund and deliver to the Lending Agent, a Subscription Agreement for such Approved Investment in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D or such other form as may be prescribed by the Approved Investment from time to time.

More Definitions of Approved Investment

Approved Investment means those types of securities, instrument, or interest in property in which Cash Collateral may be invested or reinvested on behalf of Lenders, as set forth on Schedule I hereto (which may be amended from time to time by execution of a revised Schedule I).
