Approved Market Operator A Market Operator approved by ASX Settlement as an Approved Market Operator and specified in the Rules.
If a breach by the Sponsoring Participant of a provision of this Agreement falls within the circumstances specified in the compensation arrangements applicable to the Approved Market Operator or the Clearing Participant of ASX Clear under the Corporations Act and Corporations Regulations, a Participant Sponsored Holder make a claim under the relevant compensation arrangements.
You may be entitled to make a claim for compensation under the relevant compensation arrangements if a breach by us falls within the circumstances specified in the compensation arrangements applicable to the Approved Market Operator or the Clearing Participant of ASX Clear under the Corporations Act and Corporations Regulations.
The Approved Market Operator (or related party) does not have any responsibility to You if PSAL is not a Participant of the Approved Market Operator.
Where a transaction is not effected by a Participant of an Approved Market Operator, You will have no claim against the relevant compensation arrangement (refer clause 6 below).
