Approved Master Plan definition

Approved Master Plan means, collectively, that certain Hotel del Coronado Amended 2008 Master Plan, as amended by the Amended Master Plan dated August 2010, as the same may be further amended in accordance with the terms hereof, together with the provisions and requirements set forth in the Notice of Intent to Issuer Coastal Development Permit, each of which has been delivered to Lender on or prior to the Closing Date.
Approved Master Plan has the meaning specified in the Redevelopment Agreement.
