Termination with cause also includes, without limitation, a failure by Subrecipient to comply with the Approved Project Schedule, Approved Project Performance Milestones, Reporting Requirements, and/or Special Conditions of any Notice to Proceed issued for an Approved Project to use CDBG-DR funds.
