Approved Representatives has the meaning provided in Section 5.4(a) of this Agreement.

Examples of Approved Representatives in a sentence

  • Either Party may replace one or both of the individuals serving as its Approved Representatives in its discretion from time to time upon written notice to the other Party.

  • Contract Dealer may, when requested, authorize an agency’s maintenance certified technicians to perform warranty service.

  • During such inspections, Approved Representatives shall have the right to audit and inspect all inventory of API and Third Party Materials contained at the Facility (or the facility of a Material Third Party Supplier or Subcontractor, as the case may be).

  • Such meetings shall typically involve the Approved Representatives (and may involve other appropriate employees or agents designated by the applicable Party).

  • Buyer and Buyer's Approved Representatives shall have the right to observe the physical inventory conducted by the Company and its Subsidiaries at the end of June 1997.

Related to Approved Representatives

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the LP Representatives identified under Section 2.05.
