Approved Servicing Appraiser means an independent appraiser that is nationally known as expert in the evaluation of Servicing Rights, and is pre-approved in writing by Bank from time to time, in its sole and absolute discretion. As of the date hereof, Mountainview Capital Markets is Borrower’s Approved Servicing Appraiser for the purposes of this Agreement.
