Approved Sources definition

Approved Sources means sources of supply which Seller has approved under its Quality Assurance System, described in Article 25.
Approved Sources means (a) cash from operations of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and (b) cash proceeds received by the Borrower from (x) an issuance of Equity Interests (other than Disqualified Equity Interests), (y) a cash capital contribution or (z) the incurrence of Subordinated Shareholder PIK Loans (such cash proceeds not to be less than the principal amount of such Subordinated Shareholder PIK Loans) which is made for the exclusive purpose of funding the Debt Service Reserve Account as required by Section 6.11(d)(iii)(x).

  • The Agreement is concluded, and comes into effect, at the moment you accept the Approved Source's offer under the condition that the Approved Source is entitled to sell the specific Products and Services to you.

  • During the Term of this Agreement, Krispy Kreme shall sell to BakeMark, and BakeMark shall purchase from Krispy Kreme or from Krispy Kreme Approved Sources, Products for distribution within the Territory, subject to Krispy Kreme Specifications, except that as and when the existing inventory of the Products currently in Krispy Kreme’s or Approved Source’s supply chain are exhausted.

Related to Approved Sources

  • Approved Source means Cisco or a Cisco authorized reseller, distributor or systems integrator.

  • Other Sources means (i) distributions or payments of Capital Commitment Partner Carried Interest (which shall include amounts of Capital Commitment Partner Carried Interest which are not distributed or paid to a Partner but are instead contributed to a trust (or similar arrangement) to satisfy any “holdback” obligation with respect thereto), and (ii) distributions from Blackstone Entities (other than the Partnership) to such Partner.

  • Approved Vendor means the entity approved by the IPA under the ABP to be eligible for an award of an Agreement (as a Seller) under the ABP.

  • Approved school means a school approved and authorized

  • Major source means any stationary source (or any group of stationary sources that are located on one or more contiguous or adjacent properties, and are under common control of the same person [or persons under common control]) belonging to a single major industrial grouping and that are described in subsection (A), (B), or (C) of this definition. For the purposes of defining “major source,” a stationary source or group of stationary sources shall be considered part of a single industrial grouping if all of the pollutant emitting activities at such source or group of sources on contiguous or adjacent properties belong to the same Major Group (i.e., all have the same two-digit code) as described in the Standard Industrial Classification Manual, 1987.
