Approved Specifications means those specifications for the Interior Improvements to be constructed by Landlord which are described by Exhibit "C" to the Lease.

Approved Specifications means those certain plans and specifications for the Shell Improvements and Interior Improvements to be constructed by Tenant, which are from time to time referenced or described on Schedule "A-1" to this Construction Agreement.
