Examples of Arbitration Court in a sentence
All disputes arising from the present License Agreement and/or in connection with it shall be finally decided with the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic by three arbitrators in accordance with the Rules of that Arbitration Court.
Any dispute between the parties to this Agreement while it is in force and arising out of its operation shall be referred to the President of the Industrial Arbitration Court who shall have the discretion to select a referee appointed in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Relations Act to determine the dispute.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by the International Commercial Arbitration Court under the European Arbitration Chamber (Belgium, Brussels, Avenue Xxxxxx, 146) according to the Rules of this ICAC, which, as a result of referring to it, is considered as the part of this clause.
Failing such settlement in any disputes arising from or relating to the Natural Gas Storage Contract or its breach, termination, validity or interpretation, both parties hereby agree to subject themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Arbitration Court in the Energy (Budapest), provided that the Court of Arbitration proceeds according to its own Rules of Procedure.
The costs for such expert examination, including expert fees, shall be paid in advance by the Party requiring it or by the arbitration claimant, if it is proposed by the Arbitration Court.
