Arbitration Court definition

Arbitration Court has the meaning set forth in Clause 12.3.

  • All disputes arising from the present License Agreement and/or in connection with it shall be finally decided with the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic by three arbitrators in accordance with the Rules of that Arbitration Court.

  • The costs for such expert examination, including expert fees, shall be paid in advance by the Party requiring it or by the arbitration claimant, if it is proposed by the Arbitration Court.
