Arbitration Panel definition

Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.
Arbitration Panel means a panel established under Article 14.5 (Establishment of the Arbitration Panel);
Arbitration Panel has the meaning set forth in Section 10.05.

Examples of Arbitration Panel in a sentence

  • Arbitrators shall be licensed attorneys selected from the Commercial Financial Dispute Arbitration Panel of the AAA.

  • The award rendered by the Arbitration Panel shall be final and binding as between the parties hereto and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, and judgment on the award may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof.
