Tenant shall retain the engineering consultants designated by Landlord and reasonably approved by Tenant (the "Engineers") to prepare all plans and engineering working drawings relating to the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lifesafety, and sprinkler work in the Premises, which work is not part of the Base Building.
