Architectural professional definition
Architectural professional means a person registered in terms of the Architects Profession Act, Act no 44 of 2000.
Architectural professional means a person or practice, appointed to render any architectural services in terms of this Framework and includes a firm, partnership, or body corporate which shall be constituted, in the Agreement, as a legal person.
