Archival Backup definition

Archival Backup. Licensee may use and copy the Product and related documentation in connection with reproducing a reasonable number of copies for archival backup and disaster recovery procedures.
Archival Backup. Upon request of Licensee, Licensee may receive from Licensor and/or create one (1) copy of the entire set of Licensed Materials to be maintained as a backup or archival copy during the term of this Agreement., or the "Perpetual License" of this Agreement.

  • System Data means data and data elements collected by the SaaS Software, SaaS Service or Licensor’s computer systems regarding configuration, environment, usage, performance, vulnerabilities and security of the SaaS Software or SaaS Service that may be used to generate logs, statistics and reports regarding performance, availability, integrity and security of the SaaS Software.

  • Property records means the records created and maintained by the contractor in support of its stewardship responsibilities for the management of Government property.
