Archive Rights definition
Archive Rights means the right(s) to maintain Digital Content licensed in accordance with this Agreement in the original form in which it was published, on the Permitted Client Media and Permitted Client Social Platforms set out in the Order Form, following the expiry of the license granted in Clause 2.4;
Archive Rights means the right to maintain Digital Content licensed in accordance with this Agreement in the original form in which it was published by the Client on the Permitted Client Media and Permitted Client Social Media in perpetuity following the expiry of the license granted in Clause 2.4. For the avoidance of doubt, “Archive Rights” do not include the right to re-publish content post termination by way of a new posting, re-posting (e.g. a retweet of the original post shall not be permitted post-termination), cross- posting, linking or otherwise in any way amplifying content beyond maintenance of the original publication; “Derechos de Archivo” significa el derecho a mantener el Contenido Digital con Licencia de conformidad con este Acuerdo en la forma original en la que fue publicado por el Cliente en los Medios Permitidos del Cliente y en las Redes Sociales Permitidas del Cliente a perpetuidad después del vencimiento de la licencia otorgada en la Cláusula 2.4. Para evitar ▇▇▇▇▇, los “Derechos de Archivo” no incluyen el derecho a volver a publicar contenido después de la terminación mediante una nueva publicación, volver a publicar (por ejemplo, no se permitirá retuitear la publicación original después de la terminación), publicaciones cruzadas, vincular o amplificar de cualquier forma el contenido más allá del mantenimiento de la publicación original;
