ARD Transferring Employees has the meaning set forth in the EMEA Asset Sale Agreement.
ARD Transferring Employees means the ARD Employees whose employment automatically transfers to the Buyer in accordance with the ARD or Similar Law;
ARD Transferring Employees has the meaning given to that term in Schedule 6 (Employees);
