Argonaut Agreement definition
Argonaut Agreement means the Registration Rights Agreement, dated August 30, 2013, by and among the MLP and the Persons set forth on Schedule A thereto.
Argonaut Agreement means that certain General Indemnity Agreement dated as of April 7, 2015 by and among certain of the Borrowers, Argonaut and the other parties thereto from time to time.
