Arisings definition

Arisings means the accumulation of grass cuttings, hedge cuttings, leaves, weeds, root materials, branches, pruning, litter, path or bed edgings or other materials which arise from and are surplus or extraneous to any of the specified horticultural or maintenance work included in this Contract.
