Arranger Entity means Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Bank USA and RBC Capital Markets, LLC and each of their respective Affiliates.

Arranger Entity means ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Incorporated (or any other registered broker-dealer wholly-owned by Bank of America Corporation to which all or substantially all of Bank of America Corporation’s or any of its subsidiaries’ investment banking, commercial lending services or related businesses may be transferred following the Fifth Amendment Effective Date), RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Santander UK plc and SG Americas Securities, LLC, and each of their respective Affiliates.

  • This Amendment and any separate letter agreements with respect to fees payable to the Agents, Lenders or any Arranger Entity constitute the entire contract among the parties relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede any and all previous agreements and understandings, oral or written, relating to the subject matter hereof.
