Examples of Arranger Entity in a sentence

  • Each Obligor hereby waives and releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims that it may have that any Arranger Entity or any Agent has rendered advisory services of any nature or respect, or owes a fiduciary or similar duty to any Obligor in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents or the process leading thereto, or against any Arranger Entity or any Agent with respect to any breach or alleged breach of agency or fiduciary duty.
