Article 163. Measures to Safeguard the Balance of Payments
Article 163. The alleged offenders shall have the term set forth in article 157 to make allegations, and to submit any documentation and information they deem necessary in their defense, as well as to present evidence, specifying the means that they will use in their defense. Article 164: Facts that are relevant to a decision in a proceeding may be proven by any means that are admissible by law. Article 165: When the Administration has reason to doubt the facts alleged by the persons charged with the offense, or when evidence has been presented, the investigator may agree to a period of no more than twenty, and no less than five, working days to submit any evidence, so that he can hear any evidence he deems pertinent.

  • Notwithstanding the existence of any Dispute and difference referred to the Commission as provided in Article 16.3 and save as the Commission may otherwise direct by a final or interim order, the Parties hereto shall continue to perform their respective obligations/ roles (which are not in dispute) under this Agreement.

  • New services, including new financial services, shall be considered for possible incorporation into this Chapter at future reviews held in accordance with Article 16.3, or at the request of either Party immediately.

  • Any such Change of Scope shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Article 16 and the costs thereof shall be expended by the Concessionaire and reimbursed to it by the Authority in accordance with Article 16.3.

  • Where the arbitral tribunal re-convenes pursuant to Paragraph 10(b), Article 16.3 to 16.5 (Compliance Review) shall apply.

  • A Party which has a reason to believe that its interests under this Agreement are being adversely affected by the operations of an enterprise or enterprises referred to in points (a) to (d) of Article 163 of the other Party, may request that latter Party to supply information about the operations of its enterprise relating to the carrying out of the provisions of this Agreement.

  • The rates of pay for employees in the classifications listed in Article 1 of this Agreement and working on Generation Station Projects shall be as set forth in the wage schedules attached hereto, subject to Article 16.3 below.

  • Article 55 BRRD means Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms.

  • Section 1110 means Section 1110 of the Bankruptcy Code.

  • Article means an article of this Agreement unless another document is specifically referenced.

  • Section 4(2) shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals of this Agreement.

  • Section 102 means Section 102 of the Ordinance and any regulations, rules, orders or procedures promulgated thereunder as now in effect or as hereafter amended.
