As-Completed Appraisal definition
As-Completed Appraisal means (a) with respect to any Improved Property, the Appraisal of such Property delivered to Administrative Agent on the Acquisition Date therefor and (b) with respect to any other Property, an Appraisal of the Property appraising the Fair Market Sales Value of the Property as completed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications therefor.
As-Completed Appraisal means a real estate appraisal conducted in ---------------------- accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (as promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation), the requirements of all Laws applicable to the Lenders, and applicable internal policies of the Agent, undertaken by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ KMS Valuation Advisory Group or other qualified independent commercial real estate appraisal firm selected by the Borrower and acceptable to the Lenders, setting forth a fair market value of ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Plaza as completed.
