  • Except with respect to Facilities Preparation Services, RF Engineering, SCP/HLR Products, AS Products and Services, OTAF Products and Services and Actiview Products and Services as set forth below, an invoice may be submitted to the Owner only after shipment of a Product or performance of a Service.

  • The Vendor will provide the Owner operating and instruction manuals for the AS Products and AS Services (the "AS Operating Manuals") in accordance with this subsection as soon as they are reasonably available but in no event later than the dates and times set forth in Appendix G.

Related to AS Products

  • New Products means any product which is not an Enhanced Product or 2 Existing Product but which is substantially similar to an Existing Product with respect to design and function and possesses reasonable performance improvements.
