As required by FAR means that the listed item is subject to certain provisions (restrictive or permissive) expressed in the Federal Aviation Regulations operating rules. The number of items required by the FAR must be operative. When the listed item is not required by FAR it may be inoperative for time specified by repair category. The term “14 CFR” may be substituted for “FAR” in MMELs or operator MELs.

  • As required means as prescribed in the Contract Documents; and

  • Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the thirty-minute reserve requirement for the PJM Region established consistent with the Applicable Standards, plus any additional thirty-minute reserves scheduled in response to an RTO-wide Hot or Cold Weather Alert or other reasons for conservative operations.

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Minimum data set means the data required by the Australian Government from Community Care service outlets, in the form prescribed by the Australian Government, which data is shared with the Queensland Government;

  • Repeat compliance period means any subsequent compliance period after the initial compliance period.

  • End Client Requirements means the specific requirements of the End Client, as notified to the Supplier in writing;

  • Medicaid Notification of Termination Requirements Any Contractor accessing payments for services under the Global Commitment to Health Waiver and Medicaid programs who terminates their practice will follow the Department of Vermont Health Access, Managed Care Organization enrollee notification requirements.

  • Storage Injection Requirements means all volumes required by the Seller for injection into underground storage, including cushion gas, and for liquification, including fuel used for injection and in liquification plants, or for such other storage projects that may be developed expressly for the protection of supply to high priority users.

  • Minimum Balance Requirements The minimum balance to open the account is $5.00. If the balance falls below $5 at any time, the account may be closed. See Balance Computation Method above.
