ASBA Bidder definition

ASBA Bidder means all Bidders except Anchor Investors.
ASBA Bidder means any Bidder (other than an Anchor Investor) in the Offer who intends to submit a Bid;
ASBA Bidder means a Bidder not being a QIB, who intends to apply to the Offer under ASBA Process. ;

  • Eligible bidder means a person who is:

  • Interested Bidder means any person or persons who have submitted the Request Letter for Participation along with signed Bid Form, notarized affidavit, signed Declaration, requisite Earnest Money and other necessary documents to complete the eligibility check formalities to the satisfaction of the Liquidator.
