Asbestos Claims means, collectively, Plan Trust Asbestos Claims and ABI Asbestos Claims.
Asbestos Claims means, collectively, any Tort Claims, or allegation or portion thereof against, or any debt, liability or obligation of, any Tronox Debtor or non-debtor Affiliate thereof resulting direct or indirectly from alleged injury to a person or property from asbestos exposure or release, including all claims for indemnification or contribution relating to alleged injury from asbestos exposure or release, whether or not such alleged injury was known or had manifested as of Confirmation, to the extent arising, directly or indirectly, from acts, omissions, business or operations of any Tronox Debtor including all retained claims, debts, obligations or liabilities for compensatory damages (such as loss of consortium, medical monitoring, personal or bodily injury, wrongful death, survivorship, proximate, consequential, general and special damages).
Asbestos Claims means any and all GST Asbestos Claims and Coltec Asbestos Claims, and any and all Demands related thereto.
Examples of Asbestos Claims in a sentence
Except as provided in the Plan and the Confirmation Order, the transfer to, vesting in, and assumption by the Plan Trust of the Plan Trust Assets as contemplated by the Plan shall, among other things, discharge the Debtors and the Reorganized Debtors from and in respect of all Plan Trust Asbestos Claims.
With respect to Plan Trust Asbestos Claims, distributions to the holders of Plan Trust Asbestos Claims shall be made in accordance with the Plan Trust Agreement and/or the TDP, as applicable.
With respect to Plan Trust Asbestos Claims, distributions to holders of Plan Trust Asbestos Claims shall be made in accordance with the Plan Trust Agreement and/or the TDP, as applicable.

Asbestos Claims means any and all Asbestos PI Claims (including Indirect PI Trust Claims, CDN ZAI PI Claims, and Asbestos Medical Monitoring Claims), CDN ZAI PD Claims, Workers’ Compensation Claims that are SA Asbestos Personal Injury Claims, Asbestos PD Claims (including US ZAI PD Claims and Indirect PD Trust Claims), SA Asbestos Personal Injury Claims, and SA Asbestos Property Damage Claims, and any and all Demands related thereto.
Asbestos Claims means claims seeking to impose liability on SMP in connection with any alleged exposure to asbestos.
Asbestos Claims means any and all past, present and future claims, demands, actions, suits, proceedings, notices of partial or total responsibility, whether presently known or unknown, that seek compensatory, punitive or statutory damages, declaratory judgment, injunctive relief, medical monitoring, or any other form of relief whatsoever, on account of alleged bodily injury, personal injury, fear of future injury, medical monitoring, mental injury or anguish, emotional distress, shock, sickness, disease, or any other illness or condition, death, property damage, loss of use of property, or diminution in the value of property arising from alleged, potential or actual exposure of any type or nature whatsoever to asbestos, an asbestos-containing product, and/or any other substance, product, matter or material in any form or state that contains or is alleged to contain asbestos, either alone or in combination with any other substance. The term "Asbestos Claims" also includes, without limitation, claims or suits alleging in whole or in part exposure to asbestos and/or asbestos containing products in addition to any other substance, chemical, pollutant, waste, or material of any nature as well as claims that involve, in whole or in part, alleged exposure to asbestos or asbestos containing products relating to or arising out of or from the installation, removal, manufacture, distribution, sale, re-sale, existence or presence (whether on premises owned or controlled by Congoleum or otherwise) of asbestos or an asbestos-containing product, either alone or in combination with any other substance. The term "Asbestos Claims" also includes the definitions of the following terms, as set forth in Section 1.2 of the Second Modified Plan: ABI Asbestos Claim, Asbestos Personal Injury Claim, Asbestos Property Damage Claim, Asbestos Property Damage Contribution Claim, Indirect Asbestos Claim, and Unknown Asbestos Claim. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the term "Asbestos Claims" does not include any Claims for property damage brought by any Governmental Unit, including, but not limited to, the United States of America, under applicable Environmental Laws where such Claims fall outside the scope of the "products" or "completed operations" hazards of the Subject Policies (as those terms are defined in the Subject Policies).

Asbestos Claims means any Claim asserted by any Person at any time relating to the operation of the Business prior to the Closing alleging any actual or potential death, injury, loss, damage, product liability or other legally or equitably compensable thing, actually or allegedly arising, in whole or in part, out of or in any way connected with any use of, contact with, or exposure to, asbestos or any asbestos-containing production material.
