ASF Member definition

ASF Member means a member of the appropriate bargaining unit as described in this Agreement. “ASF Members” shall mean all members of the appropriate bargaining unit as described in this Agreement, regardless of whether they are members of the Association.
ASF Member is defined in section 3.1.

Examples of ASF Member in a sentence

  • For purposes of this paragraph, if an ASF Member is initially hired to work one or more days during a calendar month, then that shall be deemed to be a month of anticipated service.

  • Job performance deficiencies noted in this evaluation are to be addressed in a plan for performance improvement developed by the supervisor after consultation with the ASF Member.

  • Each ASF Member will be credited with four (4) additional hours of sick leave for each pay period of service that follows the number of full payroll periods represented by the initial credit of sick leave.

  • The effective date of a change in coverage is not delayed in the event that, on the date the coverage change would be effective, an ASF Member is on an unpaid leave of absence or layoff.

  • An ASF Member may purchase up to five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) additional life insurance, in increments established by the Employer, subject to satisfactory evidence of insurability.

  • The ASF Member may not add dependent coverage during this period.

  • An ASF Member who was off the State payroll due to work-related injury or a work-related disability may continue to participate in the Group Insurance Program as long as such an ASF Member receives workers' compensation payments or while the workers' compensation claim is pending.

  • In the event an ASF Member becomes totally disabled before age seventy (70), there shall be a waiver of premium for all life insurance coverage that the ASF Member had at the time of disability.

  • An ASF Member who receives an Employer contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been laid off pursuant to the provisions of Article 22, remains eligible for an Employer contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of twelve (12) months from date of layoff.

  • An eligible ASF Member, who has accrued compensatory time and requested use of this compensatory time, shall be permitted to use such time off within a reasonable period after making the request, if such request does not unduly disrupt the operations of the university.

Related to ASF Member

  • Staff member means a staff member as defined in section 1(1) of the Public Service Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995);

  • Full Member means any person who is in one of the categories of membership referred to in Rule 10.3.

  • ☐ - MULTI-MEMBER The “Capital Account” for each Member shall mean the account created and maintained for the Member in accordance with Section 704(b) of the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulation Section 1.704-1(b)(2)(iv).

  • Panel Member ’ means a member of a panel;

  • Class B Member means a Member holding one or more Class B Ordinary Shares.

  • Service member means a member of the armed forces, a reserve branch of the armed forces, or the Michigan national guard.

  • Founding Member means any individual who is either:

  • New member means a person first employed on or after Septem- ber 1, 2005, including a former member who withdrew retirement contributions under Government Code 822.003 and is reemployed on or after September 1, 2005.

  • Founder Member means a subscriber to these rules for the purposes of registration;

  • Other Member means a Voting Member who is not an Eligible Account Holder or a Supplemental Eligible Account Holder.

  • Initial Member has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph.

  • Class A Member means a Member holding one or more Class A Ordinary Shares.

  • Active member means a member of the pension program or the individual account program

  • Executive Member means any elected member of the authority appointed to the executive of that authority;

  • Preferred Member means a Member holding Preferred Units.

  • Special Member means, upon such person’s admission to the Company as a member of the Company pursuant to Section 5(c), a person acting as Independent Director, in such person’s capacity as a member of the Company. A Special Member shall only have the rights and duties expressly set forth in this Agreement.

  • Principal Member means the person who signs the application and is responsible for the payment of premiums.

  • Tribal Member means an enrolled member of the Tribe.

  • Unit Member means any certificated employee of the district who is included in the appropriate unit as defined in Article 2 and therefore covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement.

  • Bona fide member means an individual who participates in activities of a qualified organization

  • Plan Member means each Member any of the assets of which are subject to any Plan Governing Law.

  • Individual Member means a registered, financial Member of the Club who is at least 18 years of age.

  • General Member means a party, and that party’s Affiliates, that has executed this Project Charter at the General Member level, unless that General Member has withdrawn or been terminated from the Project, or has changed membership level.
