Pursuant to the provisions of Assessment Law and the Resolution of Intention, we have assessed the costs and expenses of the works of improvement (maintenance) to be performed in the Assessment District upon the parcels of land in the Assessment District benefited thereby in direct proportion and relation to the estimated benefits to be received by each of said parcels.
As determined in the formation Engineer’s Report, each of the proposed improvements and the associated costs and assessments within the District were reviewed, identified and allocated based on special benefit pursuant to the provisions of the Assessment Law.
