Site Assessment definition

Site Assessment means an environmental assessment report for the Mortgaged Property prepared at Borrower’s expense by a qualified environmental consultant engaged by Borrower, or by Lender on behalf of Borrower, and approved by Lender, and in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Lender, based upon an investigation relating to and making appropriate inquiries to evaluate the risks associated with Mold and any existence of Hazardous Materials on or about the Mortgaged Property, and the past or present discharge, disposal, release or escape of any such substances, all consistent with the most current version of the ASTM 1527 standard (or any successor standard published by ASTM) and good customary and commercial practice.

Site Assessment means a Site Assessment as defined in Paragraph 10(c).

Site Assessment means an environmental engineering report for the Project prepared by an engineer engaged by the Administrative Agent at Borrower’s expense, and in a manner satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, based upon an investigation relating to and making appropriate inquiries concerning the existence of Hazardous Materials on or about the Project, and the past or present discharge, disposal, release or escape of any such substances, all consistent with good customary and commercial practice.

Examples of Site Assessment in a sentence

• Provide a report identifying any assets in which the Site Assessment identified an Environmental Hazard together with information on the nature of the hazard, additional tests performed, and the cost of correcting the hazard identified in the Site Assessment.

• If the Scope of Work includes construction of a Mobilehome Park at a new site, or expansion of the Mobilehome Park beyond the metes and bounds it occupied prior to commencement of the Work, Recipient must provide a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (”ESA”) for the Work site, in conformance with ASTM Standard Practice E 1527, evaluating whether the Work site is affected by any recognized environmental conditions.

• Services performed under the Environmental Site Assessment subcategory may include, but not be limited to: The performance of Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), remedial investigation/feasibility studies (RI/FS), independent cleanup actions under Department of Ecology Voluntary Cleanup Program, hazardous materials surveys, and other related services.

• The Buyer and the Buyer’s authorized agents, contractors, and engineers shall be permitted access to the Property for the purpose of conducting inspections and testing, including but not limited to, including a Phase 1 or 2 Environmental Site Assessment report (“ESA”) and related testing, soils testing and any other inspections or testing deemed necessary by the Buyer.

More Definitions of Site Assessment

Site Assessment means to measure for the presence of a Release where contamination is most likely to be present at an UST site. Selection of sample types, sample locations and measurement methods shall be based on the nature of the stored substance, the type of backfill, the depth to groundwater, and other factors appropriate for identifying the presence of a Release. A Site Assessment is not restricted to the property containing the UST System.

Site Assessment means an environmental engineering report for each Project (including without limitation, any phase II engineering report) prepared at Borrowers’ expense by an engineer engaged by Borrowers, or by Administrative Agent on behalf of Borrowers, and reasonably approved by Administrative Agent, based upon an investigation relating to and making appropriate inquiries concerning the existence of Hazardous Materials on or about each Project, and the past or present discharge, disposal, release or escape of any such substances, all consistent with ASTM Standard E1527-05 (or any successor thereto published by ASTM) and good customary and commercial practice.

Site Assessment means identification of Energy Savings that may be generated at a Site usingEquation 16 with reference to activities identified in Schedule D and Schedule E.
