Assessment Materials definition

Assessment Materials has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Assessment Materials means all written material created by an Intern in respect of the Internship which is permitted or required to be submitted to the Student Institution by an Intern to fulfil the Student Institution's requirements for the degree in which an Intern is enrolled with the Student Institution (including but not limited to any Thesis). Background Intellectual Property of a Party means Intellectual Property owned or controlled by that Party that has been developed prior to or independently of this agreement, which that Party determines, in its sole discretion, to make available for the carrying out of the Project, including the Intellectual Property set out in Item 15 of the Schedule or otherwise designated in writing signed by an authorised representative of that Party. Confidential Information, in relation to a Party, means all inventions, ideas, know-how, concepts, data, knowledge, analysis, technology, trade secrets, financial information and other commercially valuable information of that Party, of whatever description and in whatever form, which:
Assessment Materials means all written material created by You in respect of the placement for the purposes of Your assessment or reporting obligations to the University. Assignment means assignment of the Placement Intellectual Property confirmed in this Deed.

  • The Licence granted by You to the University pursuant to clause 4.1 does not: vest ownership of the Assessment Materials in or with the University and the Host Organisation; or cause any transfer or assignment of any proprietary rights in the Assessment Materials to the University or the Host Organisation.

  • The Host Organisation has requested permission to use your Assessment Materials.
