Asset Based Threshold definition

Asset Based Threshold means an Adjusted Quick Ratio of 1.50 to 1.00. If Borrower’s Adjusted Quick Ratio is less than 1.50 to 1.00, Borrower is “below” the Asset Based Threshold. If Borrower’s Adjusted Quick Ratio is not less than 1.50 to 1.00, Borrower is “at or above” the Asset Based Threshold.”
Asset Based Threshold means, as of the date of determination, the sum of, (a) the aggregate amount of Borrower’s unrestricted and unencumbered (subject only to Liens in favor of Bank) cash and Cash Equivalents in accounts maintained with Bank or its Affiliates and (b) the Availability Amount, is in an amount equal to or greater than Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000.00).
Asset Based Threshold means Liquidity of $25,000,000. Borrower is above the Asset-Based Threshold if Liquidity is greater than or equal to $25,000,000 and is below the Asset-Based Threshold if Liquidity is less than $25,000,000.

Examples of Asset Based Threshold in a sentence

  • In the event Borrower’s Modified Quick Ratio is less than the Asset Based Threshold, or if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, all available amounts in the Lockbox and Collection Account shall be debited by Bank on a daily basis and applied to prepay all outstanding Advances and accrued interest thereon.

  • In addition, at any time Borrower’s Modified Quick Ratio is less than the Asset Based Threshold, Bank shall be entitled to charge Borrower a “float” charge in an amount equal to one (1) Business Days interest, at the interest rate applicable to the Credit Extensions, on all amounts received by Bank from the Lockbox and Collection Account and applied to prepay the then outstanding Advances.
