Asset Condition Score definition

Asset Condition Score means the score (from one to five) assigned by Maintenance Contractor following Maintenance Contractor’s Audit Inspection, which records, for each Maintenance Element, Component and overall, for all of the Auditable Sections audited in any quarter, the extent to which Maintenance Contractor has met the Baseline Condition Score thresholds for each measurement record according to the criteria set forth in Exhibit 16 to the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement.
Asset Condition Score means the score (from one to five) assigned by Maintenance Contractor following Maintenance Contractor’s Audit Inspection, which records, for each Maintained Element and for all of the Auditable Sections audited in any quarter, the extent to which Maintenance Contractor has met the Target for each measurement record according to the criteria set forth in Section 0250 of Exhibit 2. Auditable Section shall mean a defined section of the Project for the purpose of audit, inspection and measurement during performance of the Maintenance Services. An Auditable Section includes all travel lanes including mainlanes, ramps and frontage roads of the roadway operating in one direction over a length of 0.1 miles in length, together with all Maintained Elements of the Project associated with such 0.1 mile length. Audit Inspection shall mean a detailed inspection of the specified proportion of Auditable Sections undertaken quarterly by Maintenance Contractor as part of the Maintenance Services in accordance with Section 0240 of Exhibit 2 to establish an Asset Condition Score for each Maintained Element and verify compliance with the Performance Requirements. Authorized Representative(s) shall have the meaning set forth in Section 18.5.1 of the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement. Base Index shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.3(a) of the Comprehensive Maintenance Agreement. Business Day(s) shall mean day(s) on which TxDOT is officially open for business.

  • Consequently, Maintenance Contractor agrees to pay TxDOT the following sums of money as deemed compensation to TxDOT resulting from Maintenance Contractor’s failure to meet the performance requirements herein as evidenced by the Asset Condition Score.

  • At the expiration of the Maintenance Term or any earlier termination of this Capital Maintenance Agreement, Maintenance Contractor shall ensure and certify that the Maintenance Elements meet the Asset Condition Score requirements.

  • Abnormal Market Conditions means conditions contrary to Normal Markets Conditions e.g. when there is low liquidity in the market or rapid price movements in the market or Price Gaps.

  • Minimum Tender Condition shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(b).

  • RDDS test Means one query sent to a particular “IP address” of one of the servers of one of the RDDS services. Queries shall be about existing objects in the Registry System and the responses must contain the corresponding information otherwise the query will be considered unanswered. Queries with an RTT 5 times higher than the corresponding SLR will be considered as unanswered. The possible results to an RDDS test are: a number in milliseconds corresponding to the RTT or undefined/unanswered.

  • Maximum Tender Condition has the meaning specified in Section 2.17(b).

  • Unsafe condition as used in this clause means the actual or potential exposure of contractor or Government employees to a hazardous material as defined in Federal Standard No. 313, and any revisions thereto during the term of this contract, or any other material or working condition designated by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR) as potentially hazardous and requiring safety controls.

  • Poor foundation conditions means those areas where features exist which indicate that a natural or man-induced event may result in inadequate foundation support for the structural components of an SWLF unit.

  • Percolation test means a subsurface soil test at the depth of a proposed absorption system or similar component of an OWTS to determine the water absorption capability of the soil, the results of which are normally expressed as the rate at which one inch of water is absorbed. The rate is expressed in minutes per inch.

  • Closing Level : means the official daily Closing Level of the Index as published by the Index Sponsor in relation to each Scheduled Trading Day during the Investment Term.
