Examples of Asset Disposition Invoice in a sentence

  • If the Servicer receives such notice in writing from Sponsor at least twelve (12) Business Days prior to the date that the Asset Disposition Invoice is otherwise to be sent, the Servicer agrees to notify the applicable Borrower that the “Asset Disposition Prepayment” required under its Loan Agreement is waived.
