Asset Lot definition

Asset Lot means Asset Lot 1 (defined on Page 11) or ASSET lot 2 (defined on Page 13), as the case may be.

Examples of Asset Lot in a sentence

  • If the latter is unwilling to match the bid submitted by the earlier Successful Bidder, the Liquidator, at his sole discretion, may decide to carry out a fresh auction, withdraw the Asset Lot(s) from the auction or sell the Asset Lot to the next highest Qualified Bidder at its bid amount.

  • In case of disqualification of a Successful Bidder with respect to an Asset Lot, the Qualified Bidder who had submitted the next highest bid, may be asked to match the Successful Bidder's bid and be considered the new Successful Bidder.

  • It is pertinent to mention that if a Qualified Bidder places multiple bids with respect to an Asset Lot, the last bid shall be considered to be the final bid of the Qualified Bidder.

  • The Bidders shall observe the highest standard of ethics prior to and during the E-Auction process and subsequently during the closure of the E-Auction process and declaration of Successful Bidder with respect to an Asset Lot.

  • Determination of the Successful Bidder(s) shall be done on the basis of the highest bid received for each Asset Lot via the E-Auction, unless the Liquidator determines at his sole discretion that the highest bidder shall not be identified as the Successful Bidder.

  • With respect to an Asset Lot, no Qualified Bidder shall quote below the Reserve Price during the e-Auction process.

  • All expenses incurred towards movement/shifting of plant & machinery or any Asset Lot (wherever applicable) post the E-Auction process should be borne by the Successful Bidder.

  • Default in payment of the balance sale consideration towards the purchase of an Asset Lot and any applicable GST, if any, by the Successful Bidder will result in disqualification of the Successful Bidder, including forfeiture of Earnest Money Deposit.

  • The Liquidator shall not be held responsible/liable to pay any expenses towards such movement of plant & machinery or any Asset Lot sold in the E-Auction process.

  • This LoI per se does not confirm the sale of the Asset Lot in favor of the Successful Bidder.

Related to Asset Lot

  • Asset Pool means a pool of cash-flow generating assets in which an issuer of a securitized product has a direct or indirect ownership or security interest;

  • Pool means a voluntary arrangement, established on an ongoing basis, pursuant to which two or more insurers participate in the sharing of risks on a predetermined basis. The pool may operate through an association, syndicate, or other pooling agreement.

  • Portfolio Assets means all Loan Assets owned by the Borrower, together with all proceeds thereof and other assets or property related thereto, including all right, title and interest of the Borrower in and to:

  • Securitization Assets means any accounts receivable or other revenue streams subject to a Qualified Securitization Financing.

  • Real Estate Asset means, at any time of determination, any interest (fee, leasehold or otherwise) then owned by any Credit Party in any real property.

  • Securitization Asset means (a) any accounts receivable, mortgage receivables, loan receivables, royalty, franchise fee, license fee, patent or other revenue streams and other rights to payment or related assets and the proceeds thereof and (b) all collateral securing such receivable or asset, all contracts and contract rights, guarantees or other obligations in respect of such receivable or asset, lockbox accounts and records with respect to such account or asset and any other assets customarily transferred (or in respect of which security interests are customarily granted) together with accounts or assets in connection with a securitization, factoring or receivable sale transaction.
