If any Asset is stolen, lost, damaged or destroyed, the Recipient must: reinstate the Asset (including using the proceeds of insurance) without using any Funds (unless DFAT's prior written consent is obtained to do otherwise); notify DFAT in writing if the Asset is valued above the Asset Threshold at the time of purchase; and this Clause 12 continues to apply to the reinstated Asset.
