Assigment definition

Assigment. For the purposes of this Article 18, unless the context otherwise requires, 'assignment' includes an assignment, transfer, novation, charge, encumbrance or other security interest, or a disposal of any other kind of a legal or beneficial right or interest in the Licenses (or any of them) or under this Agreement, and 'assign' and 'assigning' shall be construed accordingly.
