All leave provided under this section shall be approved in advance by the appropriate administrator and reported as College Assigned Business on the Leave Report.
If a faculty employee at the request of a Division ▇▇▇▇ or appropriate administrator is required to attend a conference, meeting, workshop, or other activity that conflicts with the faculty employee’s scheduled duties, the faculty employee shall be granted College Assigned Business Leave.
College Assigned Business shall be indicated on the leave report but shall not result in leave deduction.
The City shall forward a monthly report to the Union and the Assigned Business Agent, which will include any all personnel actions (new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, home address changes, etc.) within the Unit.

Except for the Retained Assets, the Assigned Assets and the assets utilized in the Assigned Business under the agreements included in the Stated Liabilities, constitute all of the assets of Quest.
Newco shall have received all books and records of the Assigned Business.
