Assigned Case definition

Assigned Case means a case assigned by the Chief Justice to a particular Judge, a bench or a bench headed by a particular Judge.
Assigned Case means a case assigned to an advocate, advocate-on-record or senior advocate, forming part of the panel maintained by the Committee, to file or defend the case on behalf of the litigant in the Supreme Court of India;

  • Assigned Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).
