Assigned Fund D Mortgage definition
Assigned Fund D Mortgage means each Fund D Mortgage being assigned to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to a Fund D Mortgage Assignment, as amended by the Fund D Omnibus Mortgage Amendment.
