Assigned IP definition

Assigned IP means (a) the Assigned Patent Rights; (b) the Patent Files (as defined in the Platform Agreement); (c) all inventions disclosed in the Assigned Patent Rights (other than those disclosed as prior art of a Third Party); and (d) the right to recover for past infringement of the Assigned Patent Rights.
Assigned IP means the patents and patent applications assigned to BioMed pursuant to the Assignment Agreement, being the Compound Patents; Commencement Date means 13 October 2009;

More Definitions of Assigned IP

Assigned IP shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 5(b) of the Stock Contribution Agreement.
