If any of the Assigned Patents are terminally disclaimed to another patent or patent application, all patents and patent applications subject to such terminal disclaimer are included in the Assigned Patents.
All inventors named on the Assigned Patents are true and correct.
Seller has not initiated any enforcement action with respect to any of the Assigned Patents.
