Assigned Parking Spaces definition
Assigned Parking Spaces means parking space number(s) which are to be assigned as Limited Common Elements to the Unit as provided in this Agreement.
Assigned Parking Spaces means the parking spaces assigned to certain Owners pursuant to Section 2.111.
Examples of Assigned Parking Spaces in a sentence
Purchaser shall perform such other acts, and to execute, acknowledge, and/or deliver such other instruments, documents and materials as may be reasonably necessary to effect the assignment of the Assigned Parking Space(s) as Limited Common Element to the Unit.
Tenant shall have the right to all parking spaces available to Premises as adhere to in Exhibit #1 -Assigned Parking Spaces.
At Closing, Seller shall designate the Assigned Parking Space(s) to exclusively serve the Unit, and at such time, Purchaser agrees that Purchaser shall accept such designation of the Assigned Parking Space(s) as Limited Common Element(s) to the Unit.
