Assignment and Conveyance definition

Assignment and Conveyance. An assignment and conveyance of the Mortgage Loans purchased on a Closing Date in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit 4.

Assignment and Conveyance. An Assignment and Conveyance in the form of Exhibit 6 to the Mortgage Loan Purchase Agreement dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Seller and the Purchaser.
