Applicable Originator definition

Applicable Originator means the Originator which generated a specific Receivable (or Receivables).

Examples of Applicable Originator in a sentence

  • Each Receivable is an obligation of an Obligor arising out of a past, current or future sale or performance by the Applicable Originator, in accordance with the terms of the Contract giving rise to such Receivable.

  • The Credit and Collection Policy of the Applicable Originator has been complied with in all material respects in regard to each Receivable and related Contract.

  • Collection Policy means the collection policies of the Seller/Servicer, which are the practices and procedures employed in the servicing of Receivables as of the Closing Date, as described in Exhibit E hereto.

  • Loan Seller With respect to any Mortgage Loan, the entity that sold such Mortgage Loan to the Transferor.

  • Countrywide Servicing Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP, a Texas limited partnership and its successors and assigns.

  • Securitization Servicing Agreement means the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or any Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Applicable Servicing Criteria With respect to the Servicer, the Special Servicer or any Servicing Function Participant, the Servicing Criteria applicable to it, as set forth on Exhibit L attached hereto. For clarification purposes, multiple parties can have responsibility for the same Applicable Servicing Criteria and with respect to a Servicing Function Participant engaged by the Servicer or the Special Servicer, the term “Applicable Servicing Criteria” may refer to a portion of the Applicable Servicing Criteria applicable to the Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be.

  • Mortgage Loan Borrower shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
