Assignment and Release Agreement definition

Assignment and Release Agreement means the agreement referred to in Section 2.08 of this Agreement, to be entered into between the Recipient and the Association (in its own capacity and as administrator of the GPEP Trust Funds) in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and substantially in the form set forth in Schedule 4 to this Agreement.

  • Release Agreement means an agreement, substantially in a form approved by the Company, pursuant to which Executive releases all current or future claims, known or unknown, arising on or before the date of the release against the Company, its subsidiaries and its officers.
