Assistance Fee definition

Assistance Fee means the portion of the total price of a Travel Guard Plan that, according to Travel Guard’s records, was charged for the assistance services included with the Travel Guard Plan.

Related to Assistance Fee

  • Performance Fee means a performance fee in such amount as shall be agreed between the AIFM and / or the ICAV and the Investment Manager which shall be disclosed in the Prospectus.
