Assistant Master definition

Assistant Master means the Assistant Master of the High Court referred to in paragraph (c) of subsection (1) of section three or any person performing his functions in terms of subsection (2) of that section;
Assistant Master means the Assistant Master of the High Court referred to in paragraph (c) of subsection

Examples of Assistant Master in a sentence

  • It shall be within the Employer’s discretion to hire a Field Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and/or Assistant Master Mechanic where he deems it necessary.

  • Borrower expressly agrees that the extension of any Loan prior to the receipt by Lender of any such item shall not constitute a waiver by Lender of Borrower’s obligation to deliver such item (unless Lender has waived such item in writing), and any such extension in the absence of a required item shall be in each Lender’s sole discretion.

  • When four (4) or five (5) productive pieces of equipment including Mechanics work overtime, either two (2) of the Master Mechanic, Assistant Master Mechanic, or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall be employed on the shift or project, on a rotating basis.

  • It is also understood and agreed that this above mentioned registered apprentice shall not be included towards the count of bargaining unit employees mentioned in ARTICLE IX paragraphs 1 and 7 that would require the employment of a Master Mechanic, Assistant Master Mechanic or 2nd Assistant Master Mechanic.

  • District Sales Manager, Assistant Master Mechanic, District En- gineer, Assistant Superintendent, Captain of Police, Division Engineer, Manager of Materials, Safety Inspector, Real Estate Agent, Real Estate Supervisor, Tax Agent, Buyer, Assistant Buyer, Sales Agent, Assistant Sales Agent.

  • This crew will be considered one operator when counting towards Master Mechanic, Assistant Master Mechanic and Apprentice totals.
