The officers may include a Chairman of the Board, a President, a Treasurer and a Secretary, and such other additional officers, including one or more Vice Presidents, Assistant Secretaries and Assistant Treasurers as the Manager, the Board, the Chairman of the Board, or the President may from time to time elect.
Each of the Assistant Treasurers shall possess the same power as the Treasurer to sign all certificates, contracts, obligations and other instruments of the Company.
